These are pretty cute. I am personally not super fond of fondant (that sounds funny =). It looks to play-doh like for me. Just a personal preference though.

We just made those Guinness cupcakes with Bailey’s icing…and I think we made too much icing! But OMG THEY’RE TASTY. And we finished the Guinness last night anyways…
And it was mostly the non-Irish making these, too!
