How confused would a leprechaun be if a piece of gold broke open and the rainbow was inside? That’s just crazy talk. These cake balls are obviously a hell of a lot of work but I think it’s worth it for the amazing result. Stunning! A++

    They’re not really that hard to make. To make plain (i.e. non rainbow) ones all you have to do is crumble up a cooked cake, mix in some butter and sugar and mold them into balls and cover them in chocolate. I’m definitely cooking rainbow ones soon though.
