Oh unicorns! So majestic, so rare, so mysterious! These guys are the best! They’re super powerful and magical and stuff, and they can totally shoot lasers out of their horns and save princesses and they are AMAZING bakers! They made these, I swear. Do you think you’ll grow a horn and become a unicorn if you eat one? Oh man I hope so!

My only real ice cream flavor weakness is fresh strawberry and oooooh these sammiches have such amazing looking strawberry ice cream in them! I love finding a big hunk of icy, juicy berry in a bite, makes me feel like I’m not really loading up on fatty sugary goodness. How did they get the cookies and the ice cream to have such perfectly matched up scalloped edges? Amazing. Want.

“Can I keep it?”, who knows how many times I said that as a child? Once I found a dead bat and my exact words were, “oh, it’s so cute”. Yes, apparently even dead bats were cute to me as a child. Thankfully my taste has changed since then or you’d be seeing a whole lot of this.

Scooby! I suspect that a good portion of this cake is solid fondant and not actually “cake” but it sure is cute! I spent countless hours watching Scooby Doo on weekend mornings and weekday afternoons while I ate peanut butter toast. Though I have to say, I think things really went downhill when they introduced Scrappy. He was no Robin the frog, no Luke Brower on Growing Pains, Seven on Married… With Children, Olivia on the Cosby Show, Becky #2 on Roseanne… obviously the list goes on. What I’m trying to say is, Scrappy Doo can suck it.
